Besan Barfi (with Cow Ghee) (500 gm)

Besan Barfi is a popular Indian dessert that is made with besan flour, sugar, and ghee. It does not contain any Khoya or Milk. Its Handcrafted in a traditional way in small batches by roasting the besan (gram flour) and ghee in a wok or kadhai over a stove. Then, the roasted besan flour and sugar syrup and mixed together and  poured into a greased dish. Garnished with nuts. After the mixture cools, it is cut into diamond shapes. This is a very rich and sweet dessert that is made for special occasions.
