Our Brand History
Momade Miracles was born from a simple truth: the food we trust the most is often the food made at home.
For more than two decades, my Mother had been making traditional Indian pickles in Chandigarh using family recipes, careful methods, and the kind of patience only a mother’s kitchen can teach. Her pickles were not just about spice and flavour. They carried memory, comfort, and the unmistakable taste of food made with love.
When her daughter shifted to Bengaluru, these pickles quietly became famous beyond the family. Every time she flew from Chandigarh to Bengaluru, her luggage would be full of jars and packets of her mother’s pickles for society friends who had started waiting for them. Her own clothes and belongings would often come separately by transport, because the suitcase had already been claimed by pickle orders. That is when daughter saw a real gap.
People were craving the taste of traditional, home-style Indian pickles, but most options available in the market felt too processed, too commercial, or too far from the recipes they had grown up with.
From A Mother’s Recipe To A Food Brand
Aditi began testing the idea through exhibitions, direct customer conversations, and small batches. The response was clear: people wanted authentic Indian flavours, made with care, but delivered with the consistency and quality of a modern food brand.
In 2018, when one of India’s leading cloud kitchen brands shortlisted her pickle, Aditi decided to take the leap. She moved back to Chandigarh and, with the support of her parents, began building a proper manufacturing unit.
That journey became Momade Miracles.
